We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Dixxon gear, which is why we offer a streamlined return and exchange process for all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Resolution

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
