Our flannels feature a signature 'Dixxon Athletic Fit.' They are designed with a longer body and sleeve length to prevent riding up while riding or working. We generally recommend ordering your true t-shirt size unless you prefer a very loose fit.
What is the best way to wash my Dixxon flannel to prevent shrinking?
To maintain the longevity and fit of your flannel, machine wash cold with like colors and hang to dry. Our signature D-Tech fabric is designed to be breathable and moisture-wicking, and avoiding the dryer helps prevent any unnecessary shrinkage or wear.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
How often do you release new patterns and collaborations?
We release new designs and limited-edition collaborations almost weekly. Because many of our drops are limited runs, once a specific pattern sells out, it is rarely restocked. We recommend signing up for our SMS alerts to get early access.
